I present to you, with great pride, my Tuscany Toscana Rosso i.g.t. 2007. I have instructed that a limited quantity of this wine be shipped to our US warehouse and offered to our especially valued US customers. Stocks are limited because there is, as you would expect, a huge demand for this very special vintage throughout Europe. This is not a ‘mass-produced’ wine; it has been crafted in limited quantities by expert winemakers from carefully chosen native and international grape varieties. The wine then matures in oak casks for 12 months to develop its lovely, deep ruby hue. The aroma has notes of violets, raspberry and delicate spice. The taste is mellow, subtle and distinctive with the ripe tannins and long, spicy finish that only truly great wines exhibit. This is what is known as a ‘Super Tuscan’ – and one taste will tell you why. Giordano Tuscany Toscana Rosso i.g.t. 2005 has been honored with the following prestigious international awards:

The Vinalies Internationales de Paris competition is one of the most highly-prized competitions in the world, with a reputation still unmatched anywhere else. It represents, above all, a fine demonstration of the variety of the sensory qualities of wines from many of the world’s vineyards.

The Decanter World Wine Awards - the most influential wine competition in the world - attracted more entries this year than ever before. In total 9,219 wines were entered.

Decanter World Wine Awards Chairman, Steven Spurrier, said:
"Winning a silver medal in the Decanter World Wine Awards is the equivalent of winning a gold from other competitions. Our prestige goes before us."
