Either I or my son have personally sampled each wine and only those deemed to meet the highest standards of Giordano quality are approved for sale directly to our client. In transporting our wines form their Italian homeland, every care is taken to ensure that they travel in such a way that they arrive in perfect condition to your door. By signing overleaf you certify that you are 21 years or older. We accept orders from adults at least 21 years or older only. All shipments are delivered by UPS or private courier and the signature of an adult is required at the time of delivery. Your package will be delivered in 5-8 business days from ordering. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, college dormitories or academic campuses. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is void where prohibited. This offer is only valid in the state of NY, NJ and FL. List of legal states is subject to change.

Returned & Refused Policy: if goods are damaged please contact customer service at 1 866 305 8275 within 7 working days from the day after goods are received and we will make the necessary arrangements for replacement or refund. Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days from the day after goods are received provided they are unopened and intact. Call customer service to arrange a refund of the price paid for your selection. All shipping costs associated with such returns are to be borne by the customer. Orders shipped which are refused by the customer: Please keep in mind that once you complete your purchase and your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Should you refuse your order upon delivery, it will then fall under our standard refused shipment policy: all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
