Each wine has undergone rigorous controls all the way from the vineyard in which the grapes were grown, through to the fermentation, maturation and bottling process. Either I or my son have personally sampled each wine and only those deemed to meet the highest standards of Giordano quality are approved for sale directly to our client. In transporting our wines form their Italian homeland, every care is taken to ensure that they travel in such a way that they arrive in perfect condition to your door. This is why we feel able to make this guarantee to you.
If you are not 100% delighted with the quality of Giordano's wines and foods simply contact our customer service department to arrange a refund.

Placing an Order
When you place an order, we require you to provide us with personal contact information including your name, shipping address, billing address, credit card information, email address, telephone number/s, and date of birth. This information is used to process your orders and contact you if there is trouble completing or shipping your order.

By accepting our offer you certify that you are 21 years old or older. We accept orders from adults at least 21 years old or older only. All shipments are delivered by UPS or private courier and the signature of an adult is required at the time of delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is void where prohibited. Giordano offers are currently valid in the following states: FL, NJ, NY, VA. Add the sales tax, when applicable, on subtotals for deliveries to the appropriate state. Offer only available while stocks last. Where exact product named in this offer is unavailable, Giordano will provide substitute goods of equivalent quality and value.
In order to comply with state legislation all orders will be processed through a licensed wine retailer (The Wine Messenger).
If goods are damaged please contact customer service at 1 866 305 8275 within 7 working days from the day after goods are received and we will make the necessary arrangements for replacement or refund. Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days from the day after goods are received provided they are unopened and intact. Call customer service to arrange a refund of the price paid for your selection. All shipping costs associated with such returns are to be borne by the customer
