The Giordano family is justly proud of the quality and authenticity of the Italian wine produced and served to customers in Italy, Europe and US.  Each wine undergoes rigorous controls all the way from the vineyard in which the grapes are grown, through to the fermentation, maturation and bottling process and only those wines deemed to meet the highest standards of Giordano quality are approved for sale directly to our client. In transporting our wines from their Italian homeland, every care is taken to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition to your door.

Privacy

Giordano guarantees that your personal information will be used to process your web registration or order, to allow you to take advantage of our services and to receive Giordano newsletters reserved to the subscribers. We are committed to protecting your privacy according to what listed below:

  1. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you are required to provide us with personal contact information including your name, shipping address, billing address, credit card information, email address, telephone number/s, and date of birth. This information is used to process your orders and contact you in case of any trouble in completing or shipping your order.

The Personal Customer Information you provide -- including your credit card information -- to establish an account with us and to make purchases from us is secured using secure server technology (SSL) for all your transactions on our site. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery is currently available within the United States to the following locations: CA, DC, FL, ID, IL, LA, MN, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI and WY.  In accordance with state laws, all orders are placed with and shipped by licensed retailers in the industry and applicable taxes are paid.  List of legal states is subject to change, according to individual state law which regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages.

By Federal law, we may accept orders from adults at least 21 years or older only.  All shipments are delivered by UPS or private courier and the signature of an adult is required at the time of delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, college dormitories or academic campuses.

After placing your order, you can expect a first delivery attempt within the timeframe below:

LA, MN, MO, NE, SC, TN, VA, WI, WY

6 – 7 days

FL, IL, NJ, TX

11 – 12 days


 

In a few States, volume limits are applied as below:

MN, MO, WY

max 18 liters per individual per year

TN

max 9 liters per individual per month and max 27 liters per individual per calendar year

RETURNS AND REFUSED POLICY

  1. DAMAGES: if goods are damaged please contact customer service at 1 866 305 8275 within 7 working days from the day after goods are received and the necessary arrangements for a replacement or a refund will be made.

  2. RETURNS: Orders may be returned within 7 working days from the day after goods are received provided they are unopened and intact. Call customer service at 1 866 305 8275 to arrange a refund of the price paid for your selection. However, please be aware that the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  3. REFUSALS: Once you complete your purchase and your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it anymore. Should you refuse your order upon delivery, the same policy as for returns will be applied: all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
